I haven't had time to make a blog post the past couple weeks.. But I have been running on the treadmill at the gym, and I've accomplished my goal. Every time I run my time gets better. I also have worked on my abs, core, arms and legs. At first my time was 8:55. And now my time is 7:43. I have improved a lot and I plan to improve more and more. I have also made myself into shape again.

This week I ran twice at the gym Tuesday and Wednesday. And I also worked out my legs and core.

This week I haven't had the time to run because I have been sick. But I plan to be running again next week. I will continue to go to the gym and workout

I ran on Monday, then the rest of the week I was sick but I did go to the gym Thursday and worked my legs out. I will run today, and this weekend.
