This week I ran twice at the gym Tuesday and Wednesday. And I also worked out my legs and core.

This week I haven't had the time to run because I have been sick. But I plan to be running again next week. I will continue to go to the gym and workout

I ran on Monday, then the rest of the week I was sick but I did go to the gym Thursday and worked my legs out. I will run today, and this weekend.
